• Doubt Resolution: Step-by-step explanations for problems
• Study Materials: Digital resources and reference content
• Progress Tracking: Performance analytics and insights

2.2 What We Do NOT Provide

• ❌ Live human tutors (we use AI, not human teachers)
• ❌ Guaranteed exam scores or ranks
• ❌ Completion of homework assignments (see Acceptable Use)
• ❌ College admission counseling (beyond informational resources)
• ❌ Official certificates or accreditation

2.3 Service Availability

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

3. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

3.1 Nature of AI Content

• AI-Generated: All tutoring responses are generated by AI models, not written by human experts
• Probabilistic: AI predicts likely correct answers but may occasionally make errors
• Learning System: Our AI improves over time based on user interactions
• Not Infallible: AI can make mistakes, especially on complex or ambiguous problems

4. User Eligibility

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• Under 18: Parental consent required (parent email will be verified)
• Parents: Parents may create accounts on behalf of children

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

• Service is primarily designed for students in India

5. Account Registration & Security

• Cancel subscription anytime from account settings

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Pro Plan: ₹999/month - All features + mock tests
• Annual Plan: ₹9,999/year - Best value (save ₹2,999)

6.2 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial for new users
• Full access to Pro features during trial
• No credit card required for trial
• Must actively subscribe after trial to continue
• One free trial per user (based on email/phone)

6.3 Billing & Charges

• Monthly Plans: Billed monthly on subscription date
• Annual Plans: Billed once per year
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Price Changes: 30-day notice for price increases (existing users grandfathered for 6 months)

6.4 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

6.5 Failed Payments

• We'll attempt to charge your payment method 3 times
• Email notification of failed payment
• Account suspended after 7 days of payment failure
• Account deleted after 30 days of non-payment

6.6 Refunds

6.7 Taxes

• All prices exclude GST (18%)
• GST added at checkout for Indian users

7. Acceptable Use Policy

• Copyrighted material (without permission)

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Wave Ed platform, website, and mobile apps
• AI models and algorithms
• Logos, trademarks, and brand names

• Interface design and user experience

8.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal educational purposes
• Download study materials for offline personal use
• Print content for your own studying (not for distribution)

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content commercially
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our content to train competing AI models

8.3 Third-Party Content

• Some questions/problems are sourced from textbooks (fair use for education)
• NCERT content used under educational fair use
• We respect all third-party copyrights

8.4 DMCA / Copyright Infringement

• AI responses will always be accurate or complete
• Defects will be corrected promptly

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

• We do NOT guarantee any specific exam scores, ranks, or admission results
• Success depends on your effort, practice, and abilities
• Wave Ed AI is a study aid, not a magic solution
• Past success stories do not guarantee future results

• Content is for educational purposes only
• Not a substitute for textbooks or official study materials

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

• We suspect fraudulent activity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees remain due
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Sections on liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination
